You are inspiring black boys too, Bea Dixon

Dear Ms. Bea Dixon,

We are Collin, Ryan, and Austin Gill, brothers/founders and of Frères Branchiaux (FB) Candle Co.—makers of  scented soy candles, linen sprays, diffuser oils, and scented bath salts. We read about the negative backlash and the nasty comments that you received from your wonderful Target commercial. We had heard of you before because one of our retailers, Nubian Hueman, carries your products as well.

Please know that you are not only inspiring little black girls, you are inspiring little Black boys too! Since starting in 2017, our products have been placed in over 60 retail stores and boutiques as well as Macys.com—it has been a challenging road learning about making quality products, getting into retail, and finding people who can open the doors for us. You are paving the way for ALL of us. We are watching and learning from all that you do.

Congrats for expanding into Target and double congrats for the explosion in sales since the unnecessary and undeserved backlash. We are working on joining you on Target shelves and being able to help pave the way and inspire other black youth just like you do every day.

Thank you for showing your greatness to the world by just being you. We wish you success beyond your wildest dreams!

Sincerely,

Collin (14), Ryan (11), and Austin (9) Gill
